The practice was initially established in 1976 by Tom Hannigan and based in Leixlip, County Kildare. Hannigan Hogan Maguire Architects was restructured in 2002 when Paul Hogan and Desmond Maguire became partners and continues to expand its range of services and expertise in the field of design, planning, project management and building procurement for a wide range of building uses. The practice has received commissions for developments in the public sector including residential developments, community buildings and urban master planning. In the private sector HHM Architects specialises in urban infill redevelopment sites, residential developments and complex retail building procurement.
